Experiments

What we are trying and what happened. Only real log entries appear — no invented outcomes, no projected results.

EXP-1proposed

Slow-reply recovery

Can faster replies recover real sales for one seller? One seller, one week. No seller has agreed yet — it remains proposed.

No log entries yet — the experiment has not started.

Reality
Social sellers in Kathmandu receive inquiries across Viber, WhatsApp, and Facebook, but replies are often slow because the seller is busy with fulfillment. No seller has agreed to participate yet.
Possibility
If inquiries were answered within minutes, some currently-lost sales might be recovered — measurable within one week.
ConstraintHypothesis
The binding constraint is response presence, not demand: sellers already get inquiries but lose them to slow replies.
Intervention
One seller, one week: a human answers inquiries fast; recovered versus lost sales are counted; Hami takes a cut of recovered sales.
Outcome
not started
